Upcoming Live-Action Disney Films in 2021
Well, 2020 is coming to an end, a fact that most people in the world are happy about. We’re all hoping and praying that 2021 will be a better year. Before I take my usual winter break and resume blogging in January, let’s take a look at the upcoming live-action Disney films coming out next year. Keep in mind that these are only the films with set release dates at the moment and do not include any documentaries, Marvel films, or Star Wars films. Also, since I’m now reviewing Disney+ films, I will be including them in this list. So, sit back and enjoy!

Black Beauty (2020)

In 1877, Anna Sewell published her only novel, Black Beauty: His Grooms and Companions, the Autobiography of a Horse. The novel instantly became a hit and eventually became a classic in children’s literature (although it wasn’t intended to be a children’s novel). The novel would spawn multiple film adaptations with the most recent one being the 2020 Ashley Avis-directed film that debuted on Disney+. Is it a classic just like the novel it’s based on?
