The Country Bears (2002)
(If this is your first time on this blog, I ask you to read my About page first! You can find a link to it at the top left-hand corner of this blog. Thanks!)
Well guys, I did it. I finally did it. I found a live-action Disney movie that’s worse than Prom and Old Dogs! You don’t even need to read the rest of this review; this is the worst live-action Disney movie that I’ve ever seen for this blog so far!

Sigh…I guess the review must go on. Released in 2002, The Country Bears was the second theatrically-released Disney film based on one of their park attractions.

For many people, the Country Bear Jamboree attraction at the Disney parks, is somewhat of a cult classic. It’s a beloved must-see for many! I personally have only been on it once, despite having gone to Magic Kingdom multiple times in my life. I actually went on it last year, to be precise, and…I wasn’t a fan of it at all!

So when it came time for me to watch this movie, I was hoping it would be better than the attraction…sadly, it wasn’t. Without further ado, let’s take a look at The Country Bears.

The Absent-Minded Professor (1961)
(If this is your first time on this blog, I ask you to read my About page first! You can find a link to it at the top left-hand corner of this blog. Thanks!)
Before I get into the review, I firstly wanna apologize for how late this review is! I ran late on editing it.
Secondly, I wanna point out that this film was one of the few films that Disney made in black-and-white. However, it was later colorized and I happened to watch the colorized version. I would have preferred to see the original black-and-white version, but this was the copy that I got my hand on. So without further ado, let’s take a look at The Absent-Minded Professor!

Wild Hearts Can’t Be Broken (1991)
(If this is your first time on this blog, I ask you to read my About page first! You can find a link to it at the top left-hand corner of this blog. Thanks!)
In 1961, the horse diver, Sonora Webster Carver, wrote a memoir about her life entitled A Girl and Five Brave Horses. 30 years later, Disney released a film based on the memoir entitled Wild Hearts Can’t Be Broken. Fortunately, Mrs. Carver was still alive at the time to see the film (she lived a very long life dying in 2003 at the age of 99). I personally hadn’t heard of this film at all until I decided to watch it for this blog. Did it break my heart? Read on to find out!

4-Year Blogoversary!
Well, readers, I’m back from my vacation and just wanted to let everyone know that this month is my 4-year anniversary for this blog! I honestly never thought I’d have enough support and interest to be watching and reviewing these live-action Disney films for 4 years! Thank you all for reading and I hope you’ll stick around for as many more years as it takes to complete this project!
Going on Vacation!
Hello readers,

The Three Lives of Thomasina (1964)
(If this is your first time on this blog, I ask you to read my About page first! You can find a link to it at the top left-hand corner of this blog. Thanks!)
Karen Dotrice and Michael Garber appeared in three Disney movies together including Mary Poppins and The Gnome-Mobile. But, their first appearance together was in The Three Lives of Thomasina, the film of focus today. It is a masterpiece like Mary Poppins or more along the okay lines of The Gnome-Mobile? Let’s find out together!
