Directed by Joachim Rønning, Tron: Ares is the third film in Disney’s Tron franchise. Jared Leto plays Ares, a Master Control program, that enters the real world seeking a “permanence code”, computer code that will prevent him from “dying” all the time. Also looking for that code is Eve Kim, played by Greta Lee, a human CEO who wants to spend time again with her sister (also a human CEO) who died from cancer.

When Disney+ launched in 2019, everyone was excited to finally have the entire Disney library at their fingertips. But like any good streaming service, Disney+ wouldn’t feature only existing content; it would be debuting original content.
