Actress Glynis Johns Dies at 100

In sad news, veteran Hollywood actress, Glynis Johns, has passed away at the age of 100. Ms. Johns (1923-2024) was most famously known for her portrayal of Mrs. Banks in the Disney film, Mary Poppins, but she also appeared in the Disney films, The Sword and the Rose and Rob Roy: The Highland Rogue. Other film appearances include The Court Jester and The Sundowners. She also was a veteran of the stage famously originating the famous Stephen Sondheim song, Send in the Clowns.
